アルギン酸とゼラチンを酵素反応を経て架橋・ゲル化させる手法において、各成分の配合比は、細胞の接着性やゲルの分解性に影響を与えます。そこで、細胞シート作製および他の細胞層でラッピングされた球状組織体を作製するための、それらの最適な配合比に関して明らかにしました。再生医療に向けた組織工学分野に寄与できる成果です。
