風間君のCell Dome皮膜の細胞接着性がドーム内の壁付着性がん細胞HeLa細胞の挙動に与える影響に関する論文がJournal of Bioscience and Bioengineering にアクセプトされました。

Cell Domeは、構成するゲル皮膜の組成を制御することによって細胞接着性をコントロールすることができます。例えば、皮膜にゼラチン誘導体を含ませれば細胞接着性を付与することができます。本論文では、細胞接着性を有するゲル皮膜からなるCell Dome中でHeLa細胞を培養すると、細胞周期や増殖特性が細胞接着性を有さないゲル皮膜からなるCell Dome内で培養した場合と異なることを明らかにしました。
